About Us
The reviving livelihood project is a joint initiative of Rotary Club of Pune Amanora (Club No 88575 Dist 3131) and Spherule Foundation. In this initiative, we identify the needy who lost their livelihood due to various reasons and struggling with their life to support them in reviving their livelihood. Most of them have good skills like stitching, cooking, vegetable seller, craftsman, etc. and need little support to succeed. You can read our blogs section to see how it is changing the lives.
We raise fund through crowdsourcing platform (Milaap). You will get the tax exemption receipts for your contributions in India, if it is in INR and though Indian financial institutions. We use Milaap as it can organize the donations and take care of various compliance requirements. Milaap is a well known crowdfunding platform.
Rotary is a global nonprofit services organization, spread across 200+ countries. Spherule is an NGO that operates throughout India and abroad.

Faiza coordinates the various activities, creates the plan, works closely with partner NGOs and ensures we are able to identify the needy. She organizes the drive and then she keeps in touch with the needy.

DD Mishra, ensures that project is supported and funded. He runs the various campaigns and ensures mindshare and contributions to support the needy flows through the process. He is also accountable for the outcome this initiative delivers.

As Rotary President, Saras ensures that this project is adequately supported by Rotary and she ensures that the project has good visibility within Rotary and coordinates with district team for any further support needed by the team.
Besides these main volunteers, there are ground volunteers from partner Spherule like Vaishali and Sagar who form the backbone of the initiative.

The Donations are collected on Milaap site and hence you will diverted to Milaap. Milaap is a renowned crowdfunding platform. Anonymous donations will limit our ability to fully utilize your contribution as they attract heavy taxes on us as per Tax laws.
